My Father’s House is the fantastic charity that as a youth group we choose to support. It has now become a church charity and we are dedicated to it. My Father’s House works with the street children of Brazil. Where Brazil fails to see potential and feel compassion, My Father’s House takes over. There is a house that they own where children are given new clothes, a wash, food, and activities. They are now also aiming to build a HUGE hostel/recreation centre for the kids.

Without the people out in Brazil the majority of these children would be killed due to the fact that the Brazilian officials see them as vermin. Please see the link if you want to know more, and if you are interested in giving a donation please contact the church.

As young people we are aware that sometimes we think we have it hard, like when our parents won’t let us do stuff that we want, but we are now aware that these young people are lucky if they know their parents, they are even lucky to be alive! We believe that our Father God loves these young people just as much as he loves us and we want to show them that love by helping them in a small way.
