Shockingly enough we don't have any links...mainly cos I don't know anyone elses websites or anything that would benefit this page!!! BUT the church website is pretty cool *NEW THING!* I'm trying to get some infor on local churches and youth groups so that we can find out what things they offer, and what cool things they are doing around here. Since Soul in the City, it seems even more important to get unity in the church, so here's my attempt at infultrating...I mean getting to know the local churches. The Slade - Plumstead - currently doing a weeks outreach (16th-20th August) to young people by running a cafe and activities on Plumstead Common. I've checked out the cafe which is equipped with state of the art stuff...playstation, pool and table tennis!! It's a great atmosphere and a real laugh. As far as I can see they're getting a good response from local kids too. If you're around, check it out. Even though it's gone, and you may have missed out, it's not too late! Hopefully we'll do some hanging out with these guys in the near future. Just so you can check it out a bit here's the website St Johns - Blackheath - At the moment, I need to find out what these guys are doing, but hey they're great and we worked with them in Soul in the City and they're a really nice bunch of guys and girls. They do lots of stuff for young people, so will get the info and let you know.
Greenwich Youth For Christ - So yeh, I love this site cos of the arcade games...ahem...I mean the great stuff about God and Jesus and all the fantastic stuff that GYFC is doing!! But seriously! This site rocks and I happen to be good mates with the designer guy and all that (check me out) There is soon to be a safe chat room that will allow you to chat to guys and girls that you meet from this FANTASTIC youth event!!!
